Recently I posted a blog whos contents of an Abbot & Costello routine that was clearly a parody, it was called “Irrational Societal Creep“. I also shared the routine on Facebook.
Parody: an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect.
The Abbot & Costello routine was clearly a humorous way of talking about current events related to COVID-19 virus, vaccines, and face masks and the totalitarian horde of imbeciles over at Facebook flagged the post…
Yup folks, the Facebook totalitarian horde of anti-Americans flagged the parody that was clearly meant as light-hearted humorous way of talking about current events as “partially false information”. I can’t make this shit up, these people are clearly totalitarians trying to control speech!
Well being the person I am I dug into this a little more to find any rationale for their labeling so I followed the link provided for their “Fact-Check” and this is what I found…
Based on the Abbot & Costello parody I posted…
1. In the claim the fact checkers listed above it states that “Vaccinated people can still get COVID-19” and the Verdict is “Misleading”, well no it’s not misleading it’s a verifiable fact.
2. In the claim the fact checkers listed above it states that “Vaccinated people can still spread COVID-19” and the Verdict is “Misleading”, well no it’s not misleading it’s a verifiable fact.
3. In the claim the fact checkers listed above it states that “Vaccinated people can still die from COVID-19” and the Verdict is “Misleading”, well no it’s not misleading it’s a verifiable fact.
4. In the claim the fact checkers listed above it states that “Vaccinated people could even die from the vaccine” and the Verdict is “Misleading”, well there was absolutely nothing in the Abbot & Costello routine stating or implying that what this claim is stating so this claim is not relevant to the post.
So claims 1 through 3 are verifiable facts and they are calling them misleading and claim 4 doesn’t apply to the parody post at all so I can only conclude that the “independent fact checkers” that Facebook is relying on are either blithering idiots or agenda driven liars.
Facebook is literally misleading people when they flag posts as misleading, they should cancel themselves.
Furthermore; Facebook doesn’t flag things like the meme below as misinformation even when nothing in the meme is actual truth, it’s all false propaganda lies.
I’ve seen that meme posted all over Facebook by extreme progressives for many months and there are no misinformation labels attached to it, I post a literal parody Abbot & Costello routine that was clearly a humorous way of talking about current events related to COVID-19 virus, vaccines, and face masks and it gets flagged as misleading.
Facebook is a totalitarian anti-American company doing the bidding of the extreme political left at the expense of freedom, Liberty and individual rights; Facebook is the evil that they profess to be against.
It’s totalitarian companies pushing progressive agendas and censoring any speech that opposes that agenda that are a literal enemy to the constitution and therefore and enemy to the people of the United States of America.
